The conference/collaboration room is a space designed specifficaly for students. It is a space for group collaboration, with technology access to assist with the student's educational goals here at Cairn University. It provides a space for students to meet as a group to discuss projects, prepare presentations, and study for tests. In addition Student Organizations have the opportunity to reserve the room for weekly meetings, study groups can reserve the space for study sessions, and informal groups can reserve the space as a quiet place to meet and work on homework together.
Cairn University students can reserve room for meetings and group work. Individual use of the room is permitted ONLY if the room is NOT reserved and is a first come first serve basis (no reservations permitted). Individual will be asked to leave if a group has booked the room.
The room can be reserved for student group meetings, presentation prep, group study, or any other academic purpose. The room cannot be reserved or used for gaming of any kind.
The room can be reserved for up to 2 hours at a time.
