Conference and Collaboration Room

Purpose of the Conference and Collaboration Rooms

To provide a space for group collaboration, with technology access to assist with the student's educational goals here at Cairn University.  It provides a space for students to meet as a group to discuss projects, prepare for presentations, and study for tests.  In addition, student organizations have the opportunity to reserve the room for weekly meetings; study groups can reserve the space for study sessions, and informal groups can reserve the space as a quiet place to meet and work on homework together. 

General Information

• There are three (3) Conference and Collaboration Rooms available.  Rooms 109 and 110 have a max capacity of 5 and Room 120 has a max capacity of 8.
• These rooms are available for student groups only. Faculty use is limited to student group meetings.  
• Students can reserve the Conference and Collaboration Rooms for two (2) hours at a time.
