Adding Funds

Adding Funds to Your Print Account Using PayPal

  1. Go to
  2. Click: Continue with Microsoft 365 Login
  3. Login with your Cairn account--include
  4. Click the Extensions tab on the sidebar
  5. Under Accounting, click Budgets
  6. Under Budget Recharge, click Add Funds
  7. Enter amount in text box (max amount: $41)
  8. Click on the PayPal button
  9. Sign-in to PayPal OR continue as a guest by clicking pay with debit or credit card button

Checking Your Print Balance

  1. Copiers (MFP)
    • Scan ID card
    • Choose Secure Print
    • The print balance is listed on the upper right-hand side
    • Go to: Extensions --> Budget --> Add Funds
