What can I do if I need help locating/accessing a resource or I am receiving an error message?
1. Use our LiveChat feature by clicking the green button on the left-side of many library screens. If the button is grayed out, the library staff will receive an email.
2. Send us an email at library@cairn.edu.
3. Call the library at 215-702-4370
4. Sign-up for research assistance (see below for directions). This is preferred for help with finding resources for a paper or assignment.
